Course overview

Mechatronics engineering is the integration of electrical, electronic and computing engineering with mechanical engineering, enabling the development of intelligent machines and advanced manufacturing and processing systems. The course produces engineers with strong competencies in electrical, electronic, computer and mechanical engineering, who can participate in and lead complex, multidisciplinary projects.

The Motorsports component of this award further develops engineering problem-solving abilities, as well as the technical, financial and management skills associated with manufacturing industries in general, and the motorsports industry in particular.
