Course overview
The program takes a human-centric approach to management education that incorporate human values of empathy as well as the development of critical analytical thinking and design thinking. The goal from this orientation to management education to is make the Excelsia College MBA graduate a better business leader connected to the real world and communities in which businesses operate.Students have the option of choosing from three majors, namely;• Business Research,• Financial Management, and• Operational Management.Alternatively, students may opt for a general MBA where four electives are selected in addition to the 8 Core Units.

- Educational prerequisitesApplicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an Australian Higher Education Institution or approved international universityOR Applicants must hold a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration or Graduate Diploma in a business or management related field from an Australian Higher Education Institution or approved international universityOR Applicants without a formal qualification may apply for entry into the Master of Business Administration based on a minimum of 5 years documented managerial work experience or completion of a professional qualification plus managerial work experience. These applicants will be assessed by the Excelsia College Admissions Committee in consultation with the Head of School on a case-by-case basis.
