The course focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration and uses a dynamic, project-based, studio learning environment to expand professional capability. Students will enhance their expertise within a chosen design field and acquire the knowledge to become leaders. Students enhance their expertise within a chosen design field, including visual communication design, industrial design, interior architecture and digital media design. They also broaden their skills and knowledge in design practice, 3D printing, interaction design, design management, computer-aided design and visualisation tools.
Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.
Bachelors degree in design or related field; or Bachelors degree in any discipline plus a minimum of three years relevant professional experience in design or a related field; or Completion of postgraduate studies (graduate certificate / graduate diploma) in design or related field.
If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
