Entry requirements
Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.
Postgraduate entry
- Category A: A recognised bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in taxation, law, accounting or business, as determined by the UNSW Business School
- OR Category B: A recognised bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline plus a minimum of 2 years full-time relevant work experience, as determined by the UNSW Business School. Category A: A recognised bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in taxation, law, accounting or business, as determined by the UNSW Business School OR Category B: A recognised bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline plus a minimum of 2 years full-time relevant work experience, as determined by the UNSW Business School.
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result. Always confirm exclusions for professional registration courses and the offer conditions.
