This program delivers a balance of units across the biological sciences, social sciences and humanities. It will be widely respected throughout the sports, fitness, and exercise rehabilitation professions. The program provides graduates with the foundation knowledge and skills for entry into professional careers in exercise and sport such as exercise and sport science, rehabilitation, community fitness and health, as well as research.

Standard entry
- Successful completion of an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate (VCE or equivalent) including Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English (EAL) or at least 20 in English other than EAL.

When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result.
