Standard entry
- You must have successfully completed an Australian Year 12 (or equivalent qualification) and Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in English other than EAL
- or a study score of at least 23 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or equivalent studies AND all applicants must complete and submit the selection task requirements. You must have successfully completed an Australian Year 12 (or equivalent qualification) and Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in English other than EAL Or a study score of at least 23 in English as an Additional Language (EAL) or equivalent studies AND all applicants must complete and submit the selection task requirements.
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result.
