Successful completion of a recognized bachelor degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma, Master's degree or equivalent international qualification.
- Consideration will also be given to applicants who do not have one of the above qualifications, but who have at least five years professional experience appropriate to the fields of arts, communications, humanities, Indigenous knowledges, languages or social sciences.
