Course overview
The Master of Architecture will provide a well-rounded architectural education to prepare students for contemporary professional practice leading to registration as an Architect. Students who have completed the Bachelor of Architectural Design are eligible for entry into the course. The course curriculum builds on the knowledge and skills from the undergraduate Bachelor of Architectural Design with a focus on designing for extreme climates. Entry requirements
Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.
Postgraduate entry
- Successful completion of a recognized bachelor degree in architecture or equivalent international qualification, and either:
- A GPA of at least-4. 5-from the eligible bachelor degree in Architecture or.
- At least-six months post-degree employment experience in professional architectural fields within Australia. Applicants using this pathway must upload a CV detailing their experience to their SATAC application. If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result.
