Course overview
The Master of Applied Accounting is a one year program for graduates who wish to equip themselves with essential accounting knowledge and skills, integrated with critical analysis and business research capabilities, that are fundamental to decision making in industry, government and private practice and highly valued by employers. The program is designed for graduates with prior studies in business or economics disciplines and provides them with a strong knowledge base in the core accounting areas and a choice of capstone courses. Entry requirements

Postgraduate entry
- a Bachelor degree or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0
- a Graduate Certificate or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0
- a Graduate Diploma or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0. If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result.
