The Bachelor of Science will equip you with the expertise to thrive in an ever-evolving field. Co-designed with CSIRO, J&J and ResMed, the degree blends practical, apprenticeship-style learning with industry collaboration, ensuring you develop both technical and transferable skills. You’ll study in world-class facilities – including Australia’s first genome foundry, quantum physics labs, seawater and plant-growth facilities, a nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy facility and an 11-hectare fauna park – while gaining the communication and problem-solving abilities to help lead scientific innovation and discovery. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) offers a hands-on, multidisciplinary learning experience that connects you with industry from day one. You’ll study in our new state-of-the-art engineering building – home to mega labs featuring renewable-energy, satellite, geotechnical and drone facilities; rapid prototyping, robotics, wifi and VR spaces; and dedicated areas for collaboration and innovation. Through project-based learning, you’ll design creative solutions to real-world challenges with a focus on sustainability, community impact and ethical responsibility, while developing the technical expertise and professional skills employers value.
