- A Diploma in any discipline, plus five (5) years full-time equivalent professional work experience in Information and Communications Technologies which includes experience in: programming, networking, database design and development, systems analysis and design and project management
- A Diploma in ICT/Computing/IS fields plus two (2) years full-time equivalent work experience in Information and Communications Technologies which includes experience in: programming, networking, database design and development, systems analysis and design, and project management.
