Course overview
Engage critically with the Catholic intellectual tradition, understand the complex realities of religion across history, and gain insight into contemporary challenges. This three-year program offers an introduction to the breadth of contemporary theological study, providing you with the opportunity to explore study areas like biblical studies, systematic theology, ministry, liturgy, world religions, ancient languages, moral theology, and philosophy. The Bachelor of Theology also gives you the flexibility to select units from other disciplines, such as arts and social sciences, including the option to compete a major drawn from the Bachelor of Arts majors.

Entry requirements
Switch between domestic ATAR data and international qualification equivalents.
Use the domestic ATAR data for now, or ask Achieva AI to assess your background manually.
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result. Always confirm exclusions for professional registration courses and the offer conditions.
