Course overview

This honours degree is an optional continuation of the Bachelor of Science allowing students to pursue advanced studies in a particular area of interest in Science. The degree exposes students to research and advanced topics in Science beyond what is offered in the three-year undergraduate degree. It provides high achieving students with an opportunity to cultivate research and development skills and to understand the fundamentals of science-related research.

Standard entry

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent with prerequisites in the specialization of study. Admission is subject to appropriate supervision being available. Graduates from other universities with prerequisites acceptable to the College may be accepted as candidates for the Bachelor of Science with Honours degree.
