The Bachelor of Midwifery prepares you for entry to professional midwifery practice. You will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide quality, woman-centred care through safe and effective midwifery practice in accordance with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council standards for practice.

Standard entry
- Recommended: any 2 units of English
- or Work Experience (minimum of 1 year full-time equivalent) Year 12 Recommended: any 2 units of English Or TAFE and VET awards (Certificate III and above) Or Undergraduate and Postgraduate study Or Work Experience (minimum of 1 year full-time equivalent)
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result.
