Course overview
The Master of Philosophy - MDHS (Dental Science) is an internationally recognized masters (by research) degree. It is designed for students to develop advanced skills in carrying out independent and sustained research in Dental Science. The thesis demonstrates a critical application of specialist knowledge and makes an independent contribution to existing scholarship in the area of dental science research.

- a four-year bachelor degree in a relevant discipline which includes a substantial research component equivalent to at least 25% of one year of full-time study and have achieved a minimum weighted average of (University of Melbourne) 75% or higher

If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result.
