Course overview

This program enables you to pursue research in any area you are appropriately qualified in. Research areas include but are not limited to: autism spectrum disorders, clinical and health psychology, behavioural neuroscience and neuropsychology, cognitive and developmental psychology and social and intercultural psychology. The qualification awarded on graduation is recognised in the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) as Level 9 - Masters Degree by Research.

Postgraduate: Prerequisites - Course specific requirements - In order to apply for Masters by research candidature, you will normally require either:

  • the satisfactory completion of an Australian Bachelor

If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
