In this double degree youll learn the principles and legal frameworks of innovation and commercialisation and gain the first qualification needed to practise as a lawyer in Australia. Knowledge of the legal frameworks of innovation is particularly relevant to entrepreneurs aiming to establish a start-up or commercialise a new product or service.

Standard entry
- Applicants require a minimum ATAR score of 90 or equivalent. The Bachelor of Laws is a competitive entry course and requires a CWA of at least 65% or equivalent if using a completed Bachelor degree for entry.
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result. Always confirm exclusions for professional registration courses and the offer conditions.
