Course overview

The Graduate Diploma in Property has been designed to help you develop the specialized knowledge and skills required to practice as a property advisor or manager. The flexible structure of this curriculum includes combination of face-to-face and online delivery modes that suit working professionals. Through your studies, you will address the industry need for property specialists with a particular focus on corporate real estate, development and management. Through this diploma, you will learn to apply knowledge of property theory and concepts to the local and global professional arena, demonstrating evidenced-based judgement and ethical decision-making. You'll develop specialist skills in problem evaluation and learn to determine property value and return for diverse asset classes and projects.

Entry requirements

Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.

Postgraduate entry

successfully completed an Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) OR a minimum of 5 years professional work experience in a related industry.

Applicants with professional experience at a senior level that is less than 5 years may also be considered.

To have your professional experience considered you must submit with your application a CV and a personal statement detailing your experience. *If your qualification was completed more than 10 years ago you will need to provide evidence of ongoing professional work and/or professional development in the same discipline as the program for which you are seeking entry to be granted credit.

IELTS Academic 6.5, no band below 6

If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
