Postgraduate entry
- OR a Bachelor degree (AQF level 7 or 8) in any discipline plus 5 years relevant work experience in the construction management domain. Applicants are required to have one of the following: a Bachelor (Honours) (AQF level 8) or a Bachelor (AQF level 7) degree in any of following disciplines: (Engineering (Civil/ Construction), Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, other related engineering/ technology disciplines assessed to be appropriate) OR an Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma (AQF level 6) in one of the above-mentioned cognate fields plus 3 years relevant work experience in the construction management domain OR a Diploma (AQF level 5) in a cognate field plus 5 years relevant work experience in the construction management domain OR a Bachelor degree (AQF level 7 or 8) in any discipline plus 5 years relevant work experience in the construction management domain.
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result. Always confirm exclusions for professional registration courses and the offer conditions.
