Course overview

Master Degrees (Research) prepare students to apply advanced knowledge for research, scholarship and further learning corresponding to AQF level 9 qualifications. This research, thesis-based specialisation expands knowledge to above that of the specialisation attained at the graduate diploma level, and advances skills in educational research and evaluation. Graduates are expected to be able to plan and conduct research, development or evaluation projects with a degree of initiative, independence and resourcefulness.

Entry requirements

Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.

Postgraduate entry

Applicants require a Bachelor Degree with a strong academic performance and may also require relevant substantial work experience or Bachelor Honours Degree (first or second class) or Graduate Diploma.

Any specific course entry and completion requirements must also be met.
