Course overview

A Graduate Certificate of Global Project Management provides fundamental knowledge and skills in managing contemporary projects with a range of stakeholders. It provides a grounding in specialised project management plans, Agile project management style and how to address business concerns on a global, multicultural scale. This flexible course comprises two core project management units and any two elective units from the Master of Global Project Management or the MBA, allowing you to tailor your study towards your career goals. This course is designed for professionals who have experience in project management and want to formalise their education or build credits towards a master’s degree. With the ability to choose from a broad range of master’s-level electives in areas including project management offices, Agile leadership, procurement and more, this graduate certificate is a stand-alone qualification, as well as a pathway to the Graduate Diploma or the Master of Global Project Management. Study online or in person, and choose from full time or part time to suit your life.
