Course overview

At UniSQ, the Bachelor of Science (Honours) allows you to dive deep into an area within science you’re passionate about. It's your chance to play a pivotal role in research on topics or issues that matter to you most, fostering critical thinking and problem solving and opening doors to a career that makes a difference. You will be guided by renowned academics and professionals in three core courses where you will carry out original scientific research, evaluate real-world practical problems and the limitations they place on progress in science, and you will learn to critically evaluate scientific literature. You will also participate in research teams, be introduced to advanced experimental and literature research methods, and have opportunities to make contact with the wider scientific community in the local region, elsewhere in Australia and overseas.
