UniSQ’s Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science will prepare you for a dynamic career as a ‘healthcare detective’. Learn foundational, advanced and innovative medical science skills that are critical in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and maintenance of human health and disease through the analysis of human samples (such as blood, urine etc). Gain real-world experience by undertaking 80 days of hands-on clinical experience in a range of medical laboratories. The program is accredited by Australian Institute of Medical and Clinical Scientists meaning that graduates are workplace ready to commence an exciting career in haematology, molecular diagnostics, clinical biochemistry, transfusion science, infectious disease, anatomical pathology and more.
