Course overview
Students acquire the academic qualification for admission to practise as a lawyer. The course is also suitable for those wanting legal knowledge and skills for work in other occupations. First year provides students with foundation skills and knowledge for the study of law. In their final year, students choose from a range of electives. These subjects enable students to develop specialist knowledge through the study of legal issues directly affecting society. This course is accredited by the Legal Practitioners Admissions Board and Chief Justice.
