Course overview

Combining political science and international relations with law will help you develop a solid understanding of the forces that shape politics, public administration and international affairs. In the law component, you’ll undertake core courses necessary for admission to practice, and will have the opportunity to study elective courses in areas such as professional legal practice and clinics, global and international law, law and commerce, theories of law, and social justice and the environment. You’ll also develop interdisciplinary understandings of law and legal work. In the political science and international relations component, you will learn about political institutions and processes, business-government relations, foreign policy and globalisation. As part of this degree, you will have the chance to complete either a parliamentary internship or a work placement.
