Course curriculum

Course structure, credit points and subject sequence

The program prepares students for both PTE Academic and IELTS in one course. Delivery combines face-to-face instruction, online PTE resources, IELTS study tasks and regular progress assessment.

PTE Academic preparation

Computer-based practice develops speaking, listening, reading and writing skills for the PTE Academic format.

IELTS preparation

Targeted preparation covers listening, reading, writing and speaking, supported by assigned practice outside class.

Assessment

Weekly formative assessments provide feedback. Summative assessments are scheduled at Weeks 10, 20 and 30.
